The Culture and the History of the New Zealand.


  • In 1769, the captain James Cook, English explorer , and Jean François Marie de Surville, a commander of a French boat  arrived in New Zealand.

  • After the signature of Treaty of Waitangi at 1840, the English peoples colonized the New Zealand  ; becoming then a colony Britannic . February 6th, day of the signature of the Treaty of Waitangi, is celebrated the day national of the country. There was lot of wars enters the Maori and the English peoples, because the Maori didn't know the consequences of the signature of this treaty and  they were as betrayed by the English colons  .

  • It's only at 1907, when  the New Zealand becomes a independent state of  United Kingdom.

  • Now,  the inhabitants says that there are very calms, autonomous and  independents, they could that "The Kiwi ingenuity" ! In addition the New Zealanders are very ingenious with the creation of:

                                                                                                      - Bungee jumping

                                                                                                                                       


  -The meat frozen

                                                                                                      -The fastest motorcycle of world

  • The Nature is very important for the New Zealanders then the country is very ecological and they want really to protect their environment.
